How big is the universe?

There are 250 billion stars in our milky way galaxy alone. There are then 2 million galaxies in the universe.
That is, 2 with double ‘million’, in numbers, it would be 2,000,000,000,000 galaxies.
So the number of stars in the universe is somewhere above 2,000,000,000,000 galaxies multiplied by 250,000,000,000 stars.
We are still talking about stars oo, each star has multiple planets rotating around it. Our sun is one of the tiniest stars in existence, yet it has about 8 planets.
It is difficult to imagine that all these exist in the universe and only earth contains living things.
