How to build inter-generational wealth
Dangote’s family has been rich for the past 200 years. His uncle was the wealthiest man in West Africa up until 1955. His great grandfather and mother were the wealthiest in Kano.
Dangote’s father was rich enough to finance his studies abroad way back then. Today, Dangote is the wealthiest black man in the world.
Becoming a billionaire is a journey that spans several generations, except for outliers. For each person in your lineage that didn’t seriously attempt to get rich, the clock resets again for the next person in line to start from scratch.
If you are struggling with finances now, it's most likely because people up your lineage…fucked up.
And you are likely f*cking up too for people coming after you if aren’t seriously attempting to build transgenerational wealth.
For each enterprise, you wish to go into, think about your grandchild. Are you building it in such a way that your grandchildren will inherit it?
