How I got fast Google Adsense approval for my blog and made lots of money on youtube!
On like other means of marketing, content marketing works best over time after it has been able to yield backlinks from search engines.
That blog of yours where you take time to put in high-quality content may only start working after 6 months or one year.
- If you are doing the right thing with articles, don’t quit too early. Just find a way to survive the first year while working your ass off.
2. Before you go into blogging, just know that it is a hard battle ahead. That you can write love poems doesn’t mean you will be successful if you start blogging love poems.
3. Google pays bloggers, but for Google to start paying you, each of your articles must be 450 words each and must be original. That is, you haven’t copied it from anywhere word-for-word.
4. Google’s verification bots will run through your site and give you a score based on:
1. Originality
2. Length of each post
3. How long your blog has lasted (unspecified)
4. How many articles you have published (unspecified)
5. Google also verifies non-blogging platforms, for instance, if you post cars for sales. Each post won't be up to 50 posts long but google can still verify that if your platform gets a lot of traffic.
For instance, Jiji site is verified by Google. You can’t get that kind of verification if you don’t have a very huge advertising budget.

6. It took me 2 years and over 40 rejections for one of my favorite blogs to be approved. My final strategy that broke through to get the Google approval was when I employed 8 other writers and laid siege on the Google approval castle. The 9 of us had to blog 450 words every day for 3 months. Each blog post had pictures, 1 heading one, and multiple heading 2s. Each image had the alt-text field filled with SEO keywords in mind.
7. Each blog post MUST have to be longer than the top blog post on that topic on Google search results. Essentially, we targeted the very best post in that topic and did better.
8. Each writer stayed on one article for 2 to 3 days, which means they blog 450 words on day one, return on day 2 and update the same post to 900 words, then push it above 1,000 words the 3rd day before moving to the next article.
9. However, I must warn you that plagiarism is the biggest temptation of the writer, just one plagiarized article can ruin your chance of getting approved. Always cross-check the blog post of each writer before approving. Copy and paste the write-up on free online plagiarism checkers like duplichecker.com/ before approval. Make sure it gets at least 80% originality score.
This method worked within 3 months.

10. Writing a lot of words in one article is better than writing a few words per article across many articles. One blog article with 10,000 words will perform way better than 300 articles with 50 words each. After your blog has been approved by Google, you can start writing as little as you want per article.
11. Don’t build your blog manually, if you built your site manually as a developer, it may never pass all the SEO checks by Google bots to get your approval. If you have a site and want to add a blog to it, simply link it to Google’s blogger.com or WordPress. These platforms already have the standards for blog approval inbuilt in them. Again, don’t do it yourself.
If you are using WordPress, install the Yoast SEO plugin or any other similar SEO plugin, thank me later.
12. Contrary to blogging, my first youtube channel wasn’t approved for 4 years. My second youtube channel got approved within 3 months. Why? I figured it out.
13. Initially, I thought that running my own youtube channel will require a microphone, a camera, a Gucci bag, and a thick layer of pancake, nah, the key was something different entirely.
All I needed was my phone!
14. My biggest mistake was taking free youtube courses on how to run my own Youtube channel. It took a long time for me to realize that youtube works differently in each country. Each country is essentially another Youtube universe where the rules of physics apply differently.
15. The moment I figured out the different ways in which Youtube works and how people consume content per country, it took less than 3 months to start making money off youtube. Serious money, I mean hard currency.
