Even though homo neanderthals had larger brains and stronger physiques, homo sapiens outsmarted them and wiped them out.
Why this was possible can’t be fully determined, but a scientific research suggests that they were poor with teamwork. Homo sapiens had better teamwork.
To me that’s a plausible theory. Through out our written history, the team with better teamwork captures the flag, always.
A group of minds working together, is nothing but a single larger and more powerful mind made up of several smaller minds.
Stay true.

Every successful person is a good team player.

They may appear arrogant, boastful and proud to non-team members but soon as they get into the team, they play well.

This is very evident in boxing. Even though the boxer appears powerful, fearless, and invincible in the ring, at the end of each round he has to go back to his corner and listen to his coach like a tiny little humble and harmless puppy.
His coach has to listen to the team doctor and trainer. Everyone works hand in hand, covering their own roles perfectly.
Even though it appears like a group of minds working together, in abstraction, its actually one mind thinking to itself and getting results.

The battle of carnae

There is a famous story of how Hannibal wiped out a large Roman force of 75,000 men while only loosing about 6,000 of the men of his own much smaller force in one day due to effective teamwork.

There is another immortal story of how 300 Spartans and a handful or friends stalled the invasion of a gargantuan Persian army of 1.2 million soldiers due to teamwork. In retrospect, it was not 300 soldiers it was one huge soldier that is 300 men strong.
We have seen this teamwork story replicate itself so many times in history. A century or two ago most of our large local towns here were conquered by a handful of British soldiers who knew exactly what they were doing and stuck together at it.
During training, most military trainers punish the entire squad for the failure of one team member. This is just to make it clear to the soldiers that in real life, everyone get’s hurt if one team member messes up.
We see this happen in relationships often, where one team member messes up and the whole team fails to reach their goal — boyfriend, girlfriend, father, mother, children, extended family. Everyone takes the hit.

The mess up could be something quite easily over-looked such as constant and effective communication or lack of understanding of one’s roles in the relationship.
In a good team, every member needs to be constantly updated.

Team work is so important that most Silicon valley VCs will not fund a startup that has only one founder or a startup with a disjointed team. Some have secretly confessed that what they actually invest in is the team, not really the product.
Whenever a big company buys a smaller one, they can afford to let the initial investors cashout and go. But they never let the team go. They always make sure they keep the original team for a longer period of time until a new team can gradually replace them.
The team is the life of the product. The life of the game is the team. The team is the life of the relationship.

In a strong team, everyone’s role is clearly defined.

The overall mission is clear to everyone. The overall punishment and reward is clear to everyone. Everyone fulfills their roles effectively. And everyone knows a good part of everyone else’s roles. The sniper can handle logistics if need be. The team technician can handle medic if need be. The CEO can play stand-in for the CFO if the need arises. The gate man can stand in for the CEO if the need arises. The mother can play the father’s role if need be and of course the boy friend can play the girl friend’s role if need be.

Staying together, working and living together doesn’t mean team. That’s why a team of 6 lions can route a herd of cattle and use one or two of them for dinner — every damn time.
A team is not a group of minds working together. A team is one mind consisting of several minds, working towards a clearly defined and desired goal.
If your goal is to succeed this year, you may need to take another look at effective team work.
The strength of the wolf is the pack, the strength of the damn pack is the damn wolf!

Be the wolf infested pack, be the damn vicious wolf. Stay in communication.

Howl ! Its in you

The movement is lovely and military.

Wish you success, impossible is nonsense.
Ok, bye.
