Worker bees and the coffee-driven economy

  1. To earn a living, the worker bee has to work hard every day.
    Boss makes millions.

2. To work hard everyday the worker has to take stimulants like coffee.
The stimulant company makes millions.

3. Working hard every day increases the stress levels of workers. To reduce stress levels the worker has to take depressants.
The depressant company makes millions.

And so, an entire city is filled with worker bees driven by stimulants by day and depressants by night. The daily consumption of such chemicals are killing the workers but more worker-bees are being born into the system. The companies keep making millions.

To keep the system the same, the companies make sure the worker bees never get paid enough to have some relaxing time and work at a natural human pace.

The true family members of worker bees are their colleagues in the office with whom they spend the better part of their lives.
The true family house of worker bees is their offices where they spend most of their lives.

The moment a person is born into this system, their fate is decided. The system encourages and prepares them to become worker bees so as to replace other worker bees being killed off by stress and chemicals.

That is how many people end up forgetting that:
1. The aim of making a family is to be with the family.
2. The aim of having a home is to actually live in it.
3. The aim of making money is to actually have time to enjoy the money and not be a worker bee.
